Privacy notice
Effective date: October 5, 2026. This notice explains how FBM Recovery handles information used through this US launch service.
Information we collect
The report scanner runs in your browser. The selected file and unselected report rows are not uploaded to FBM Recovery. If you create a workspace, we collect your account email, consent, aggregate scan results, and up to three selected business transaction records: Amazon order ID, refund date, refund amount, age, your case answers, generated decision support, and review-request status. We also record limited website events such as page views, calls to action, scan starts and completions, workspace creation, completed case reviews, and human-review requests, together with advertising attribution such as UTM parameters and Google click ID.
Do not select reports containing buyer names, email, phone numbers, delivery addresses, payment-card data, or bank data. The scanner refuses recognized sensitive columns, but you remain responsible for redacting the source export.
How we use it
We use this information to screen review requests, respond to sellers, provide the requested audit service, measure marketing performance, improve the offer, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and access
Workspace records, review requests, and event data are stored in our AWS environment. Seller access requires an authenticated account, and owner access is separately restricted. Workspace records expire after no more than 365 days under the current pilot configuration. The selected report itself remains on your device and is not stored by us.
Retention and deletion
Review-request and attribution records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the pilot, service delivery, legal obligations, and measurement. You may request access, correction, or deletion by replying to an email from us.
Third-party services
The site uses Amazon Web Services for hosting, authentication, and storage. Google advertising or analytics tags may be enabled to measure workspace activation. Those providers process limited technical information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service develops. The effective date above will change when material revisions are published.
